Today Microsoft has launched Windows 10. It is available as a free updarade for some of the users. The only condition is that user should have genuine licence of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, but commercial users will have to pay for it.
This is a multi plateform version, so same Software can be used for PCs, Smartphones, & tablets etc. This is going to help a lot for the relevant develpoer in software industry.
Lookwise it will be similar to WINDOWS 7 but will have start menu as well, so that it looks familier to users. Minimum requirement for upgreade will be like processor with speed of 1 Ghz or more, Ram with atleast 1GB and 16 and 20 GB of hard disk space for 32 64 bit OS respectively.
It seems microsoft tried well to regain its market after Windows 7 and 8.1, but how much it will attract to users, that time will only be able to tell.
